Shipping Within the UK
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Options & Costs

• Evri Tracked – £2.95 per order (usually delivered in 2–3 working days).
• Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked – £4.95 per order (delivery the next working day after dispatch).

Processing Time & Cut-Offs

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
• Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday may be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
• Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

• Evri Tracked: typically 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked: typically delivered the next working day after dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates only. Sand and Storm is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Risk & Responsibility

• Once your order is handed to the courier, the risk passes to you.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address details.

Lost or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sandandstorm.co.uk with your order number.
• We will assist you in making a claim with the courier.
