  • Slight variations in products are normal.

  • Colours may vary depending on your device.

  • We reserve the right to change descriptions, prices, or discontinue products without notice.

  • Orders are accepted once payment is processed. Orders are for personal use only.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates.

  • Risk passes to the customer once the parcel is with the courier.

  • We are not liable for delays, customs, or courier errors.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Earrings and customised items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

  • Faulty items can be returned within 48 hours with photos. We provide a prepaid return label for approved faulty items.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued after inspection.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
